free of contamination resulting from old or dried ink. Cartridges are then refilled
through the print head, packaged in a static free bag and boxed for

are cartridges that are manufactured new from the same materials used by
the OEM to perform to the same specification. In effect, they are
generic cartridges much like you would buy a generic brand of many things in
a grocery store.
- No. All manufactures
of equipment are specifically prohibited from voiding warranties because
someone elected to use a consumable not of their brand. This is covered
under both the Moss-Magnusson Warranty Act, and the Sherman Anti-Trust
Act. There is an exception to this in the Moss-Magnuson Act.
That exception allows a manufacturer to require you to use their
products in equipment they warrant provided that those products are
provided at no cost to the consumer. Hewlett-Packard came out
with a statement several years ago that rightfully and legally explained
their position. Their position was that there are too many companies
remanufacturing toner cartridges for them to get involved in testing and
approving certain cartridges, so while they will not prohibit, or recommend
their use, they cannot and will not be responsible for repairing any damage
caused by a remanufactured cartridge while the printer is under warranty.

not satisfied and we will provide you with a return authorization number if the
claim was made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Our receiving department will not accept any packages unless the Return
Authorization Number (RAN) is visible. All returns must be shipped freight
prepaid, with our RAN visibly written on the mailing label.

Inner packing, if any, must remain unopened and manufacturers'
packing must be unopened and free of any markings, labels, etc..
- If you purchased a cartridge that requires a core exchange, you
have up to 30 days to return your empty cartridge. When your
product arrives, you will find a pre-paid mailer inside.
Please affix the mailing label to the box your new cartridge came in
and when you old cartridge is empty, ship it to us.
The 30 day return window is for cartridges that are in high
demand, you will be notified when making your purchase about core
charges that will be applied if your empty is not returned.
